Karya Pravah, LLC (“Karya Pravah,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to delete your personal data from the Taskport™ mobile application (“App”) and website, including data associated with accounts you created or connected using Facebook, Apple, or Google sign-in.

Request deletion by email
Email us at contact@taskport.io (or contact@karyapravah.com) from the email address associated with your Taskport account, using the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Please include the email address or phone number you registered with so we can verify your request. We will verify and delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information by law.

Delete your account in the App
If your version of the App supports it, you can delete your account directly: open Taskport, go to Settings, and choose Delete Account. Deleting your Taskport account permanently removes your personal data from our systems.

If you signed in or connected with Facebook
To revoke Taskport’s access to your Facebook account, go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select Taskport, and choose Remove. Removing the app stops further access; to also delete the data Taskport already holds, submit a deletion request using one of the methods above.

What we delete
When we process your request, we delete the personal data we hold about you, which may include your profile information, contacts, tasks, events, messages, and data from connected accounts. Some information may be retained for a limited period where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements, and in routine backups, after which it is deleted.
